Experior Financial Group Names New Leadership for Next-Chapter Growth

Experior Financial Group, one of North America’s fastest-growing independent marketing organizations, has announced a new leadership structure aimed at driving disciplined growth and industry-leading standards. The changes, effective immediately, are designed to position the company for its next phase of development.

Lee-Ann Prickett, co-founder of Experior, has taken on the role of Executive Chair. In this capacity, Prickett will advise the leadership team, participate in the search for a permanent CEO, and continue to champion the company’s mission and its agents. Prickett co-founded the company with the belief that families deserve better financial foundations and that every agent should have a real shot at success.

Andrew Pfleiderer, currently the company’s General Counsel, has been appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer. Pfleiderer will lead the company during the search for a permanent CEO.

In addition to the leadership changes, Experior has promoted Ben Pehrson to President and Chief Technology Officer. Pehrson will oversee company operations and the technology platform that powers Experior’s agent network. Heather McIntyre has been promoted to Chief Compliance Officer, previously serving as the Director of Compliance. McIntyre will lead the company’s expanded compliance and business quality programs.
