The meeting, held on September 15, 2026, saw all motions presented to shareholders approved. At the AGM, John Gilbert, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, and Gernot Wober were elected as new directors. They join the existing directors who were re-elected: Lewis Lawrick, Ken Engquist, and Lisa Dea. The Company highlighted that this leadership change is part of its strategy to advance exploration at the Bellehelen Project in Nye County, Central Nevada.

Gernot Wober, a professional geologist with over 35 years of international mineral exploration and project development experience, brings a wealth of expertise to the board. His recent roles include serving as Vice President Exploration at First Nordic Metals, where he led exploration across the company's portfolio. Prior to that, Wober played a key role in identifying and acquiring the Cordero silver deposit in Chihuahua, Mexico, and advancing it from the resource stage through feasibility and toward permitting. His earlier roles include senior positions at Osisko Mining Inc., Great Basin Gold Ltd., Northern Dynasty Mines Inc., and more.

John Gilbert, with over 18 years of experience as an exploration and mine geologist in North America, will also contribute to the Company's leadership. Prior to joining Excalibur, Gilbert served as Vice President, Exploration and Corporate Development of Silver Range Resources Ltd. and operated a successful private prospect generator focused on developing and vending precious metals projects in New Brunswick. He holds a bachelor's degree in geology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a master's degree in structural geology from the University of Vermont.

Brian Shin and Charanjit Hayre, who served as directors, did not stand for re-election but will remain as Company advisors. The Company thanked them for their service and contributions.
