Evergreen Acquires Adelaide-based Concept Data

ADELAIDE, Australia, Sept. 28, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Evergreen's Lyra Technology Group today announced a significant acquisition that will reshape its operations in the Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) region. The company has acquired Concept Data and its sister business, Voice Select, a managed services and business communications provider based in Adelaide. This acquisition brings Concept Data into Lyra’s ANZ region, alongside four other businesses that Evergreen has acquired this quarter.

Concept Data, founded in 2014, has established itself as a key player in helping organisations improve their security, operational resilience, and business performance through practical technology solutions. The company’s capabilities span a wide range of services, including managed IT services, cyber security and compliance, Microsoft 365 and cloud services, AI enablement and automation, private cloud hosting, business continuity, and disaster recovery, as well as strategic technology advisory. Voice Select, established in 2018, specializes in hosted voice and VoIP phone systems, SIP and carrier services, number management, and ongoing telecommunications support.

The acquisition of Concept Data and Voice Select is a strategic move for Evergreen, which has been on a growth trajectory this quarter. The two businesses, which operate independently under their established brands from Adelaide, will continue to serve small and medium-sized organisations across various industries, including healthcare, professional services, construction, finance, not-for-profit, education, and others. Together, they provide clients with one accountable team for IT, security, cloud, and voice services, supporting organisations in critical and security-sensitive environments.

Under the partnership, Concept Data and Voice Select will continue to operate independently from Adelaide, with the existing team and CEO Gary Paradise remaining in place.
