HOUSTON, Oct. 16, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- EverGlade, a federal funding advisory firm serving life sciences and technology innovators, has seen two of its leaders elected to key roles within national health security consortia. Stephen Richardson, Head of Strategic Partnerships, and Laura (Powell) Grace, PhD, Director, have been appointed to positions that will enhance industry-government collaboration and support the development of critical medical countermeasures.

Richardson has been named Chair of the Voice of Membership on the Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Preparedness Consortium (BioMaP) Executive Steering Committee. His role will involve gathering feedback from consortium members to inform priorities and improve the value of their participation.

Grace, on the other hand, will serve as a Small Business Representative on the Medical CBRN Defense Consortium (MCDC) Executive Committee. She will bring firsthand insight into the priorities and practical challenges faced by small businesses pursuing and executing MCDC-funded programs.

These appointments reflect EverGlade's mission of connecting innovators with federal partners and supporting programs from pursuit through delivery.

EverGlade partners with life sciences and technology innovators navigating the federal funding ecosystem, supporting the full funding lifecycle from technical strategy and proposals to negotiations and post-award execution. Through these new leadership positions, the firm aims to further its commitment to enhancing the nation's preparedness and response capabilities in the biopharmaceutical and medical countermeasure sectors.
