Eventer Technologies Changes Auditor to Deloitte Israel

Eventer Technologies Ltd., a SaaS-based platform for the management and sale of tickets for live events, has announced a change in its external auditor. Effective September 2, 2026, the company has appointed Deloitte Israel as its new auditor, replacing De Visser Gray LLP, which resigned at the company’s request.

According to a press release, the change was approved by Eventer’s Audit Committee and Board of Directors. The appointment of Deloitte Israel was made to hold office until the company’s next annual general meeting of shareholders. Eventer Technologies Ltd. operates a platform designed to support the full lifecycle of live events, including ticket sales management, attendee administration, marketing tools, customer support services, and entry solutions. Additionally, the company provides ancillary services such as sales and marketing support and secure payment processing solutions.

The company has also stated that there are no "reportable events" in connection with the change in auditors, as defined by National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations.
