MELBOURNE, Fla., Nov. 5, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Eve Holding, Inc., a leading aerospace company developing an eVTOL (electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing) aircraft and the Urban Air Mobility (UAM) ecosystem, has reported its third quarter 2026 earnings results. The company, listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: EVEX) and the B3, Brazilian Stock Exchange (B3: EVEB31), detailed its financial performance in a recent press release.

Eve Holding, Inc. reported a net loss of $58.1 million in the third quarter of 2026, compared to $46.9 million in the same period of 2025. The increase in the net loss was primarily attributed to higher Research & Development (R&D) expenses and lower net financial results. R&D costs, which were $48.3 million in the third quarter of 2026, were up from $44.9 million in the previous year. These costs reflect increased supplier engagement and R&D activities, including the development of the eVTOL aircraft and the allocation of Embraer engineering resources to the project.

Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A) expenses dropped to $6.0 million in the third quarter of 2026, down from $7.0 million in the same period of 2025. This reduction is attributed to reduced outsourced services and other expenses, despite the approximate 4% appreciation of the Brazilian Real versus the US Dollar. Eve is already capturing some of the additional cost savings and synergies identified with Embraer.

Eve's total cash consumption in the third quarter of 2026 was $55.1 million, down from $60.7 million in the same period of 2025. This decrease is attributed to intensifying design and development activities. For the first nine months of 2026, Eve's cash consumption reached $173.1 million, and the full year 2026 cash flow consumption is now expected to reach the low end of the company's guidance of $225/275 million. Eve's Cash, Cash Equivalents, and Financial Investments totaled $356.0 million at the end of the third quarter of 2026. Total liquidity, including undrawn credit lines with the Brazil's National Development Bank (BNDES) and a grant, reached $470.4 million. The company believes this funding is sufficient to support its operations and program investments through 2028.

Management will discuss the results on a conference call on Thursday, November 05, 2026, at 8:00 AM (Eastern Time).
