Evaxion A/S, a clinical-stage TechBio company, will present new immune data for its AI-designed personalized cancer vaccine EVX-01 at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) 2026 Annual Meeting, taking place in Phoenix, Arizona, from November 4 to 8, 2026. The company will present the data both in an oral and poster presentation.
The new data, stemming from a phase 2 trial investigating EVX-01 in combination with KEYTRUDA® (pembrolizumab) in patients with advanced melanoma, will reflect the systemic immunomodulatory effects of the vaccine beyond vaccine-specific T-cell responses. The trial involved 16 patients, with 12 of them showing objective clinical responses, and four patients achieving a complete response. The ORR was 75%, and 86% of the EVX-01 neoantigen targets triggered a tumor-specific immune response in the patients.
The poster presentation will take place on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 12:30 to 1:30 PM and 6:40 to 8:10 PM Mountain Time (20:30 to 21:30 CET and 02:40 to 04:10 CET on Sunday, November 8) at the same venue.
Additionally, the company will present complete three-year clinical data from the phase 2 trial at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2026 congress on October 24, 2026. Two-year data from the trial demonstrated an ORR of 75%, with 12 out of 16 patients having objective clinical responses, and four patients obtaining a complete response. A durable clinical benefit was observed as 92% of the patients were still responding at two years follow-up, and no relapses were observed.
