Euro-Wall reshapes sales and architectural consultation structure

Euro-Wall, a leading provider of wall systems, has reshaped its sales and architectural consultation structure to better serve its dealers, architects, and glaziers across the United States and the Caribbean. The company's strategic move aims to elevate efficiency in both the planning and construction phases by embedding senior expertise directly within each territory.
Wade Mammon, Vice President of Sales at Euro-Wall, expressed his enthusiasm about the new sales team: "We're building the sales team of the future, and I've never been more excited about a roster. We're aligning experienced leaders to the markets where our customers need us most, expanding into new regions, and ensuring that architectural expertise lives right alongside every one of our representatives."
The new regional leadership structure is anchored by four key figures:
1. Jordan Meeks, Euro-Wall's Chief Product Officer, has transitioned into the role of Director of Sales, Southeast. With a deep understanding of Euro-Wall's product capabilities, Meeks will assist dealers and architects in identifying the performance features needed for their projects without compromising aesthetic vision.
2. David Diehl, formerly in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Post Production Service operations, now leads the Director of Sales, Central & SW Florida. His experience in delivery and supply continuity will ensure that Euro-Wall's presence in its home state is strengthened, covering a territory from Daytona Beach to Fort Myers and Naples.
3. Mark Gallagher, returning to Euro-Wall, will serve as Director of Sales & Business Development. Focused on national target markets and the Caribbean, Gallagher will act as a commercial lead and architectural resource, supporting design teams in pushing the boundaries of façade and fenestration specification.
4. Josiah Hendricks has joined the team in a dedicated territory management role for South Florida, ensuring responsive support in one of the region's most demanding coastal and high-velocity hurricane zones.
Under the new model, architectural consultation will be delivered directly by Euro-Wall's regional directors within their own markets. This includes hosting AIA presentations, leading architectural meetings, and running joint events locally. Architects and designers will have a knowledgeable partner from the earliest stages of a project, streamlining the construction process and ensuring a direct line to technical experts.
Toby Bostwick, CEO of Euro-Wall, emphasized the company's commitment to fostering strong relationships: "Everything we build starts with a relationship. With Wade's leadership and this team, we get closer to the dealers and architects who put their name on the work. Growth initiatives are built market by market, and support is there when our partners need it."
The refocused structure will be fully effective by the end of August, with additional territory investments planned to further strengthen coverage in key growth markets. This strategic move is part of Euro-Wall's ongoing efforts to optimize design strategies and deliver solutions more efficiently, thereby reducing potential project delays and minimizing unnecessary design compromises.
"Enthusiasm is a competitive advantage," Bostwick concluded. "We intend to be as invested in each project as our partners are, ensuring that every relationship we build is robust and successful."
