News fromCourierPR · 1 min read

The eSummit, a long-standing platform for leaders in the electronics industry, has expanded its reach to become a year-round event. Through the new eSummit360 program, the gathering now runs all year, providing a continuous platform for collaboration and problem-solving among participants.

Starting on October 5, 2026, registration has opened for the upcoming eSummit27, scheduled for March 8-10, 2027, at the Omni Tempe at ASU in Tempe, Arizona. The event is organized by SERI, a global non-profit 501(c)(3) organization based in the United States. SERI's mission is to champion and drive the sustainable use, reuse, and recycling of electronics globally. The organization aims to achieve its 10/35 vision by 2035, which includes extending the lifespan of electronics to 10 years and ensuring all materials are reused at the end of their life.

SERI has identified several champions for the eSummit360 program, including Blackbelt360, eBay, Lenovo, re:Cycle Reverse Logistics (an Amazon company), and Sims Lifecycle Services. These partners support the year-round programming, including the in-person eSummit.

Registration for eSummit27 is now open, with launch pricing of $799 available through November 2, 2026. After this date, the rate will increase to $1,299. The registration fee includes access to all sessions, meals, and receptions. SERI's programs, which include the R2 Standard for responsible electronics reuse and recycling, the eSummit, ei (electronics impact) Reporting Program, the Champions Program, ReThink Awards, and the International E-Waste Management Network (IEMN), are all aimed at driving sustainability in the electronics industry.

By expanding the eSummit into a year-round program, SERI is ensuring that the conversations around electronics sustainability continue beyond the traditional confines of a single event. This move reflects the organization's commitment to fostering ongoing collaboration and innovation in the field.
