Eric Sylvia joins eSoftware Associates following leadership roles in technology innovation, cloud transformation, Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft platforms, contact center modernization, and applied artificial intelligence. His recent work included the development of AI-assisted operational platforms using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise knowledge management, secure information ingestion, and source-grounded generative AI.
