ESGold Advances Montauban Processing Facility with Key Equipment Arrival

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 10, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- ESGold Corp. has announced the arrival of key processing equipment at its fully permitted Montauban Gold-Silver Project in Québec. The company’s progress in assembling and commissioning its 1,000-tonne-per-day processing facility continues, with the installation of a Falcon Gravity Concentrator and a series of industrial thickeners.

The Falcon Gravity Concentrator, manufactured by Sepro Mineral Systems, is an advanced separation system designed to recover fine liberated precious metals. At Montauban, it will operate alongside other separation, thickening, leaching, and recovery systems, contributing to overall precious-metal recovery. The industrial thickeners, supplied by A.M. King, will play a crucial role in solid-liquid separation, supporting process control and water management.

With the main mill infrastructure nearly completed, ESGold is now focusing on the integration and commissioning of major equipment. The company’s Chief Executive Officer, Gordon Robb, commented, "Every major piece of equipment that arrives at Montauban makes the progress at the site increasingly tangible. The Falcon Concentrator and thickeners are now at Montauban and moving into the next stages of installation, integration, and commissioning."

ESGold’s Montauban project combines the advancement of a fully permitted tailings-reprocessing operation with district-scale exploration. The company is focusing on establishing recurring operating cash flow from the reprocessing of historic tailings while continuing to evaluate the longer-term mineral potential of the Montauban mining camp.

The facility is designed around a permitted processing capacity of up to 1,000 tonnes per day and incorporates a Merrill-Crowe recovery circuit. With commissioning activities underway and major processing equipment continuing to arrive at the site, ESGold is progressively assembling and preparing the systems required to bring the Montauban processing facility into operation.
