STOCKHOLM, Sept. 14, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Ericsson, the Swedish telecommunications company, announced the repurchase of 107,518,663 Class B shares during the period from September 7 to September 11, 2026. This share buyback is part of a larger program initiated on April 16, 2026, with a budget of SEK 15 billion. The buyback program, which runs until March 31, 2027, is being executed in accordance with the European Union's Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and the Safe Harbour Regulation.

The repurchases are intended to reduce the company's share capital, with the Board of Directors planning to propose the cancellation of the repurchased shares at the 2027 Annual General Meeting, barring any use in share-related incentive programs.
