Enerev5 Metals Inc. switches auditors to McGovern Hurley, LLP

Enerev5 Metals Inc. has announced a change in its auditing firm, effective September 3, 2026. The company has transitioned from RSM, LLP (the "Former Auditor") to McGovern Hurley, LLP (the "Successor Auditor"). According to a statement issued by the company, the Former Auditor resigned as auditor on the same date, and the board of directors appointed the Successor Auditor as the new auditor until the next Annual General Meeting.

The company confirmed that there have been no modified opinions in the Former Auditor's reports for the two most recently completed financial years or any period subsequent to the most recently completed period for which an audit report was issued. The board of directors and audit committee approved the resignation of the Former Auditor and the appointment of the Successor Auditor. No reportable events, as defined in National Instrument 51-102, were associated with the Former Auditor's audits prior to their resignation.

In compliance with National Instrument 51-102, the Notice of Change of Auditor, along with the required letters from the Former Auditor and the Successor Auditor, were reviewed by the audit committee and the board of directors. These documents have been filed on SEDAR.
