At just 17 and 18, Nico Bennetti and Kelton Fernandes have already made a mark in the e-motorcycle market with their company, Endo Powersports. Founded in August 2024, the business has grown from a single product to a diverse parts supplier, grossing over $10,000 in its first year.

The idea for Endo Powersports came about when Bennetti and Fernandes, both avid e-motorcycle enthusiasts, noticed a problem with the hall sensor covers used in popular models from Surron and Talaria. These covers, made from flimsy cast aluminum, often cracked and provided no personalization options for riders. Frustrated by the limitations, the two teens embarked on a journey to create a better solution.

After two years of research and development, Bennetti and Fernandes launched their custom hall sensor cover, which was crafted from 6061-T6 aluminum, a high-quality alloy known for its durability and heat resistance. They sourced a manufacturer in China and secured local engraving capabilities to offer a personalized touch. The first product proved so successful that the company expanded its offerings to over 60 quality parts.

Endo Powersports’s success in its inaugural year highlights the demand for high-quality, custom parts in the e-motorcycle market. The company's philosophy revolves around offering fair prices, addressing the issue that many parts in the industry were either cheaply made or overpriced. Bennetti explained, "We saw teenagers getting taken advantage of and thought it was unethical. We found a way to source quality parts, keep profit margins minimal, and price them fairly."

The company’s expansion has not only benefited from the success of its initial product but also from the growing market for electric dirt bikes. According to Intel Market Research, the global electric dirt bike market was valued at $3.8 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach $19.3 billion by 2034, making it a promising sector for Endo Powersports.

In addition to Endo Powersports, Bennetti and Fernandes have also launched a secondary venture, NB Designs, which focuses on custom builds and resale of e-motorcycles. This venture further solidifies their commitment to serving the e-motorcycle community.

Bennetti reflected on their approach, stating, "A lot of businesses look at teenagers as a market to exploit. We looked at it as a market we're part of. That changes everything about how we make decisions." This mindset has guided their business practices and has resonated with their customer base.

Endo Powersports continues to grow, serving a national customer base of riders and expanding its product line to meet the needs of the e-motorcycle community. As the market for electric vehicles continues to evolve, Endo Powersports is well-positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for quality and customized parts.
