Empath and Techs+Together Partner to Standardize Training for MSPs and Customers

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla., Oct. 22, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Empath, a learning and development platform specifically designed for managed service providers (MSPs), has partnered with Techs+Together, a global community and technology partner for MSPs, to offer structured training and upskilling solutions for both MSPs and their customers.
Techs+Together, powered by a community of over 2,000 IT professionals, will now provide its MSP partners with Empath's Empath Learn and Empath Grow solutions. Empath Learn enables MSPs to onboard employees, deliver role-based training, and track team development internally. Empath Grow extends this approach to MSP customers, helping end users develop skills around the technology they rely on daily, such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and AI.

Empath's platform helps MSPs replace spreadsheets, one-off training processes, and inconsistent onboarding with a centralized learning and accountability platform. MSP owners and managers can assign training, build development plans, and monitor individual team member progress in real time. Empath Grow, a new offering, allows MSPs to extend the same structured approach to their customers, delivering consistent end-user training as part of an ongoing technology adoption program.
The partnership will be formally introduced during a live event as part of Techs+Together's Webinar Wednesdays series on October 28 at 2:00 p.m. ET. The webinar will include a live demonstration of the Empath platform, an overview of Empath Learn and Empath Grow, a look at the new Business Library, and a live Q&A with the Empath team.
