Olson Sharkey, a nationally recognized lawyer in this field, brings extensive experience advising clients on campaign finance, tax, and election laws across the United States.

Olson Sharkey's practice focuses on providing strategic counsel to ballot measure campaigns and nonprofit organizations, among others. She has served as outside counsel to more than 15 states' ballot measure initiatives, guiding clients through the entire process, from campaign formation and qualification to Election Day and beyond.

In addition to her work with ballot measures, Olson Sharkey advises nonprofit organizations and political committees on designing and implementing political and issue advocacy programs under federal tax law and state and federal campaign finance laws. Her experience spans both the public and private sectors, having previously worked as a partner at Elias Law Group, where she advised numerous leading nonprofit organizations, campaigns, and political committees.
