Elevate Service Group Supports KFC Canada's Kwench Rollout Across 200 Restaurants

Elevate Service Group Inc., a national facilities management and essential commercial services platform, is supporting the national rollout of KFC Canada’s new beverage platform, Kwench, across more than 200 restaurant locations in Canada. The rollout, which began in late Q2 2026, is expected to continue into Q1 2027.

Elevate, through its subsidiary TFI Food Equipment Solutions, is leading the sale, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the necessary equipment for KFC Canada’s Kwench platform. This includes Taylor soft serve equipment, Flavor Burst syrup integration, Marco Beverage Systems equipment, and QualServe stainless steel benches. The goal is to provide a fully integrated beverage station for KFC restaurants.

The introduction of Kwench to KFC restaurants requires significant site preparation. This includes new or modified plumbing, upgraded electrical capacity, millwork, and counter modifications. Traditionally, restaurant operators would need to coordinate multiple equipment suppliers, plumbers, electricians, contractors, and installers. Elevate and TFI have consolidated these activities under one coordinated scope of work and point of accountability, simplifying the process for KFC.

The rollout is part of Elevate’s strategy to combine specialized equipment, technical service, and facilities capabilities to deliver integrated solutions, expand customer relationships, and broaden the scope of services provided to multi-location customers. Beyond the initial rollout, Elevate can provide ongoing lifecycle services to the installed equipment base, creating a continuous relationship that extends beyond the original equipment sale and installation.

These services include planned and preventative maintenance, reactive service, scheduled equipment cleaning, facilities maintenance and repair, and technical support.
