Eftsure, a global leader in payment assurance, has acquired Relish, a U.S. company specializing in AI-powered vendor data validation and invoice processing. The acquisition aims to create a comprehensive platform that ensures trusted enterprise payments from onboarding to payment.

With the deal, Eftsure now serves more than 4,000 corporate customers, protecting over $288 billion in payments annually. The combined platform actively monitors 11 million vendors across 190 countries and territories, providing a unified foundation for finance teams.

Eftsure's payment infrastructure independently verifies payee and bank details before releasing payments. Relish's technology, on the other hand, validates and enriches vendor data against live government and third-party sources. Its Invoice AI technology automates and validates invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and reducing financial risks.

Together, these capabilities give enterprises a robust, independent layer of trust that works seamlessly with their existing ERP, procurement, payroll, and treasury systems. Jon Soldan, CEO of Eftsure, emphasized the importance of trusted data and independent verification in the face of fragmented systems and ongoing cybercrime risks.

"We meet customers where they are, from SMB to enterprise, interfacing with our portal or one of our 35+ integrations. We remain independent and system-agnostic, committed to working across the ecosystem to give customers choice and flexibility."

Ryan Walicki, CEO of Relish, highlighted the importance of closing data and workflow gaps that expose enterprises to financial risk.

The combined platform provides visibility from accounts payable and payroll to procurement and treasury. It integrates with more than 35 finance and enterprise platforms, including SAP, Coupa, Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Oracle NetSuite. This integration ensures that businesses can maintain control over their payment processes while leveraging the strengths of both companies.

According to INTERPOL, global financial fraud losses reached an estimated $442 billion in 2025, underscoring the scale of risk that businesses face. The acquisition expands Eftsure's global presence and follows its 2025 acquisition of France-based payment control company Sis ID, as well as its August 2026 launch in Singapore.

Eftsure's global annual recurring revenue grew 45% over the past year, reflecting the increasing demand for robust payment assurance solutions. The company's platform can verify accounts covering approximately 85% of the world's banked population, ensuring that businesses can operate with confidence and security.

The acquisition marks a significant step in Eftsure's strategy to provide a comprehensive payment assurance solution for enterprises worldwide. By combining the strengths of Eftsure and Relish, the company aims to deliver a unified platform that addresses the evolving needs of businesses in an increasingly complex and interconnected global economy.
