Durable Surfaces Names Matt Joyner as CEO

The company's co-owner, Derek Cressman, stated that Joyner will lead the business strategy and drive continued growth as Durable expands its capabilities and presence across the United States.

Joyner brings a wealth of executive leadership experience to the role, having worked in the technology, robotics, aerospace, and defense industries for over 20 years. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer of Ghost Robotics, where he played a key role in the company's rapid growth and international market expansion. Joyner has also held a seat on the Board of Directors of the Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) and served as Vice Chair of its Defense Advocacy Committee.
