Dukosi Ltd, a leading provider of battery cell monitoring solutions, has announced the appointment of Graeme Cook as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a move signaling significant growth and strategic direction for the company.

Cook brings over 25 years of senior management experience in financial management and strategic development, having worked across international markets and in the semiconductor, electronics, and software development industries. His most recent role was serving as an interim CFO at Dukosi for the past eight months, during which he played a critical role in supporting the company's growth.

"Joining Dukosi as Chief Financial Officer at such a pivotal time in the company's growth journey is an honor," Cook stated. "Dukosi's innovative technology has the potential to make a significant impact on the future of battery management, and I am excited to work alongside the team as we scale the business and bring our technology to an increasingly global market."

Mark Pinto, CEO of Dukosi, emphasized the importance of Cook's expertise. "Graeme is a business-savvy CFO who understands the financial rigor and operational discipline needed to scale a company to sustainable profitable growth," said Pinto. "His experience will be invaluable as we ramp up production and execute on the successful commercialization of our smart battery cell monitoring solution, DKCMS® and C-SynQ® communication protocol."

Cook's career includes a variety of senior management positions. Prior to Dukosi, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Apsis Business Components, a SaaS company for the built environment and construction industries. His semiconductor and electronics industry experience includes Executive Director and Global Vice-President Finance & Operations at FTDI Chip, where he led the global finance and operations teams. Earlier in his career, Cook held senior management roles at Steward, now Qnity Inc, a global leader in materials and solutions for the semiconductor and electronics industries.

Dukosi develops revolutionary technologies that dramatically improve the performance, safety, and efficiency of battery systems, and enable a more sustainable battery value chain. The company's Dukosi Cell Monitoring System (DKCMS®) and C-SynQ® communication protocol are designed for electric vehicles (xEV), industrial transportation, and stationary energy storage markets. With headquarters in Edinburgh, UK, Dukosi has a global footprint, including locations in the USA, Asia, and Europe.

Cook's appointment as CFO comes at a crucial time for Dukosi as it prepares to scale its operations and expand its market reach. As the company continues to innovate and push the boundaries of battery management, Cook's financial expertise will be key in driving Dukosi's growth and ensuring sustainable profitability.
