The 2027 Operational Medicine Symposium & Technology Showcase (OPMED), one of the largest and most influential military medical events in North America, is set to convene in San Antonio, TX, from March 2-4, 2027. The symposium, now in its ninth year, aims to advance the lethality, survivability, and readiness of the Joint Force by championing military medical innovations. Military medicine leaders from across the country are expected to attend the symposium, which will take place at the San Antonio Convention Center.
The symposium, which is organized by Defense Strategies Institute (DSI), will explore the latest approaches in trauma care, prolonged casualty care, medical evacuation, force health protection, blood product logistics, and operational medical readiness.
