Dr. Zakk Varughese Named No. 1 in Mississippi on NAREB's Top 100 REALTIST List

Varughese ranked No. 1 in Mississippi and No. 9 among individual agents and brokers nationwide on NAREB's 2026 Top 100 REALTIST List, based on 2025 production.

The award, announced at the NAREB Top 100 Realtist Royale, held July 28, 2026, at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas during the NAREB 2026 Annual Convention, recognizes Varughese for his exceptional performance in the real estate industry. The Top 100 list, which includes a combined 2025 production exceeding $5.7 billion, celebrates the achievements of professionals who demonstrate excellence in production, client service, leadership, and contributions to their communities.

Varughese, who entered the real estate field six years ago, has made significant strides since founding HomesRX as an independent brokerage in March 2020.
