DALLAS and FORT WORTH, Texas, Oct. 15, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Dr. Remina Panjwani, a board-certified physician, functional medicine specialist, and U.S. Air Force veteran, has launched a new framework aimed at addressing burnout in both individuals and organizations. Dubbed the Dr. Remina's DEPLOYMENT METHOD™, this three-phase approach seeks to tackle burnout as a systemic issue rather than a personal weakness.
Panjwani, who has deployed to Baghdad and worked on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic, believes that most burnout solutions fail to address the root causes. "Burnout isn't a weakness," she asserts.
The DEPLOYMENT METHOD™ consists of three phases:
1. Recon (Assess): This initial phase involves a thorough, trauma-informed assessment of physiology, labs, sleep, stress load, and history. According to Panjwani, no treatment can begin until the current state of the individual or organization is fully understood.
2. Deploy (Treat): This phase focuses on a sequenced plan that first regulates the nervous system, then restores and optimizes overall health. Panjwani emphasizes the importance of addressing the body's stress response before moving on to more comprehensive treatments.
3. Return (Review and Integrate): This ongoing phase ensures that progress is maintained and no one is left behind. Panjwani promises to continue supporting her patients, mirroring her experience in the military where she knew exactly what she was fighting against.
The launch of the DEPLOYMENT METHOD™ coincides with rising reports of workplace strain. According to the American Psychological Association's 2026 Work in America survey, only 80% of workers described their workplace as healthy, down from 85% the previous year. Additionally, 48% of workers expressed concerns that artificial intelligence could make some or all of their job duties obsolete, the highest share since the APA began asking in 2023.
Panjwani has also returned with a new season of her podcast, The Dr. Remina Panjwani Show, where she delves into conversations that medicine often doesn't have time for. Each episode features candid discussions with physicians, researchers, and practitioners, paired with practical "Health Bites" on topics such as burnout, stress, hormones, and longevity.
In an interview with The Ultimate Human with Gary Brecka, Panjwani discussed the importance of addressing burnout as a systemic issue.
