NEW YORK, Sept. 29, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- DoubleZero, a protocol enabling a global fiber network for high-performance data distribution, has expanded its multi-venue market-data platform, Edge, by adding Phoenix Perpetual Futures. This move allows trading firms to access Solana perpetual futures market data from Phoenix, Hyperliquid, and Kalshi through a single connection, simplifying their infrastructure needs.
With the addition of Phoenix, DoubleZero now offers two new feeds, including top-of-book and trades, and market-by-price data, covering all Phoenix perps markets. Early benchmarking has shown that the Solana perps book on Phoenix arrives to traders 750 milliseconds faster over DoubleZero Edge, providing a significant advantage in the fast-paced trading environment.
DoubleZero Edge is designed to make it progressively easier for trading firms to add each subsequent market data source. Once connected to the platform, subscribers can access market data from additional venues as they are added without rebuilding their infrastructure for each market.
Phoenix introduces a new type of feed to Edge, marking it as the platform's first decoded Solana-based market data feed. Until now, Solana data on Edge arrived as a firehose of raw blockchain data that each firm had to reassemble before trading. For Phoenix, DoubleZero shifts that work onto the network itself, ingesting Solana shreds sourced from Edge's own multicast, decoding Phoenix's onchain program state, and folding it into a structured market-by-price order book covering all Phoenix perps markets. Subscribers receive the finished book, matching the same kind of object they already consume from venues like Kalshi and Hyperliquid, rather than raw transaction pieces.
Trading volume on Phoenix has seen significant growth, reaching $776.7 million in Q2 2026 and $2 billion in Q3 (to date), pushing cumulative perpetuals volume past $2.9 billion. Perpetuals trade around the clock, making fast, consistent access to pricing and order book data crucial for automated traders, bots, market makers, and algorithmic strategies. A dropped update or a few milliseconds of jitter can mean the difference between a filled order and a missed one. Making Phoenix data directly available gives traders and trading firms a machine-readable market data source that agents can use to analyze markets, spot signals, and inform trading strategies.
The Phoenix feed is now available through DoubleZero Edge. Traders, firms, and automated AI trading systems can subscribe directly at doublezero.xyz/phoenix.
