AMSTERDAM, Sept. 30, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Dott, the European leader in shared micromobility, has published its FY2025 Audited Annual Report on its website. The report reveals that the company’s total revenue for the fiscal year remained steady at €173.3 million, compared to the previous year’s threshold of €164.6 million.

Adjusted EBITDA saw an improvement, increasing by €1.7 million to reach €9.0 million. This growth is attributed to a €1.7 million accrual release, bringing the adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization closer to the €2.2 million threshold set for the year.

Cash and cash equivalents remained unchanged at €31.4 million, reflecting the €28.2 million threshold from the previous year. The company’s property, plant, and equipment (PP&E) saw a decrease of €3.6 million, dropping to €65.0 million. This reduction is due to a correction in the alignment of depreciation policies post-merger, which was set against the €58.6 million threshold.

The annual report also includes a qualification by Dott’s auditor, PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC), regarding the comparability of the 2025 numbers with respect to the 2024 consolidated financial statements. PwC issued a disclaimer of opinion on the 2024 results, primarily because €12.0 million of corrections recorded after the ERP migration post-merger could not be satisfactorily allocated between line items and between financial years due to a lack of access to historical records and personnel following the company’s restructuring activities.

As of the end of FY2025, Dott operates in more than 400 cities across 20 countries in Europe and the Middle East, with over 175,000 shared vehicles available. The company’s 12 million users have generated a total of 500 million rides, underscoring the significant impact and growth of its micromobility services.
