PASADENA, Calif., Sept. 4, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- D.Law, a plaintiff-side employment law firm headquartered in Pasadena, has been named the fastest-growing law firm in Los Angeles County, according to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2026 Fastest Growing Law Firms list. The firm, which grew by an impressive 525% over the past four years, has expanded from just eight attorneys in 2023 to a current roster of 50.

Founded in 2015 by Emil Davtyan, D.Law began as a wage-and-hour class action practice. In 2023, the firm underwent a rebranding and expanded its services to include single-plaintiff employment law alongside its class action work, growing to more than 200 employees.

"Over the last three years, litigation has been a key driver of our growth," Davtyan stated. "Our strategy is to handle as many cases in-house as possible. We are focused on expanding our ability to manage a larger caseload."

D.Law's growth can be attributed to a variety of factors, including an organic hiring strategy, a summer associate program designed to cultivate early-career labor and employment attorneys, and two significant acquisitions in 2023: the Law Offices of Kevin T. Barnes and David Yeremian & Associates. The firm is now considering expanding its labor and employment practice into new states, including Washington, New York, Illinois, Colorado, and Oregon.

In a recent move, D.Law relocated its headquarters to Pasadena, becoming one of the few law firms in the region to own its office space outright. This strategic decision positions the firm to further expand its operations and reach.

D.Law represents employees in wage-and-hour class actions and single-plaintiff employment matters, with 16 offices spread across the state. The firm continues to prioritize in-house litigation and seeks to maintain its momentum in the rapidly evolving legal landscape.

The firm's expansion reflects a concerted effort to meet the growing needs of employees facing workplace disputes and underscores the firm's commitment to providing comprehensive legal representation in employment law.
