Disney and creators announce lineup for Created in LA 2026

Burbank, Calif., Sept. 3, 2026, Today, Disney and creator Jon Youshaei announced the lineup for the second annual Created in LA, a two-day event that brings together some of the world’s top creators for a deep dive into the future of content, influence, and storytelling. The lineup features a star-studded cast, including Dhar Mann, Dude Perfect, The Try Guys, Asad Ayaz, and Jared Bush, alongside previously announced speakers Zach King, AdamW, Jenny Hoyos, and Sam Eckholm.

The event, which will take place at the historic El Capitan Theatre on September 17 and 18, 2026, is set to begin with a red-carpet premiere. Sticks, a filmmaking and digital creator duo, will debut their original video, "The Technoblade Movie," on the El Capitan Theatre's big screen. This screening marks the first time the theatre has hosted a premiere of this nature in its 100-year history.

On the opening night, Dana Walden, President and Chief Creative Officer of The Walt Disney Company, will deliver opening night remarks. The following day, Disney CEO Josh D'Amaro will welcome creators to the Walt Disney Studios lot, a place that has been the cradle of creativity and innovation since Walt Disney's early days.

New speakers and programming details were revealed, including:

- Adrian Per will discuss "Outsmart the Algorithm: More Content, Less Burnout." As one of Instagram's Top 25 creators in 2025, Per will share his insights on maintaining productivity without sacrificing quality.

- Asad Ayaz will present "Your Next Big Project with Disney." He will provide insights into how creators can collaborate with Disney, exploring scripted series, features, and brand campaigns.

- Dhar Mann will delve into his creative process with "From Script to Screen: Inside Dhar Mann's Creative Process." Mann, who operates a studio with 65 sets and 10 crews, will share his journey from a studio apartment to a massive production setup.

- Dude Perfect will share their secrets with "How to Build Your 'Perfect' Team: 17 Years, 62M Subs, Same Dudes." Cory Cotton and Garrett Hilbert will discuss their growth strategy, crucial decisions, and how they manage their roles.

- Jared Bush will explore "Storytelling Spontaneity: When to Throw Out Good Ideas for Great Ones." Bush, who has directed and written many beloved blockbusters, will share his storytelling techniques.

- Jordan Matter will discuss "Winning IRL: Why 87,000 Fans Came to Our Event." Matter and his daughter, Salish, will share their tactics for converting views into loyal fans and customers.

- The Try Guys will present "How to Make Shows, Not Just Videos." Zach and Keith will break down their creative process, offering tips for any creator looking to elevate their content.
