Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, FlexOffers recently announced the appointment as part of its strategic move to scale its partner marketing platform and enhance its offerings for brands, publishers, and creators. At eBay, he spearheaded the acquisition and integration of 42 companies, including PayPal, Skype, Mercado Libre, and Shopping.com. His role as CFO in six venture-backed and private equity-backed businesses also saw him leading four companies to successful exits with aggregate values exceeding $750 million. His experience spans business growth, acquisition management, financing, exit strategies, SaaS businesses, and global operations, including the development of cross-border shared service centers across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
In his new role, Dipak Joshi will continue the evolution of FlexOffers' partner marketing platform and global partner network. His aim is to connect brands with publishers, creators, and media partners to support performance-based marketing programs that drive measurable customer acquisition and revenue. He is also focused on emerging technologies that are shaping the future of commerce and marketing, such as artificial intelligence and agentic commerce, positioning FlexOffers to assist partners as brands explore new ways to engage consumers across digital channels.
Under Joshi's leadership, FlexOffers will build on its reputation as a trusted partner marketing network, further expanding its technology, global partner ecosystem, and capabilities for brands, publishers, and creators.
