DUBLIN, Oct. 7, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Devexperts, a global financial technology company founded in 2002, has appointed Rainer Fuchsluger as its Global Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. This move comes as the company approaches its 25th anniversary in 2027 and seeks to accelerate its international growth and advance its FinTech portfolio.
Fuchsluger brings over 25 years of global leadership experience to the role, having held senior executive positions at companies such as LSEG, Wolters Kluwer, SS&C, and Thomson Reuters. His expertise spans financial software, market data, exchange technology, and critical market infrastructure, with a particular focus on AI. Prior to joining Devexperts, he served as the Global Head of Strategic Planning & Business Development at Wolters Kluwer and held various senior commercial leadership roles in Asia Pacific at SS&C Technologies, ICE, and Thomson Reuters.
Devexperts, with more than 800 employees across 10 offices globally, provides solutions used by over 20 million traders worldwide every day. The company serves hundreds of clients, including banks, brokerages, exchanges, and wealth management firms, offering trading platforms, market data, exchange connectivity, analytics, and critical market infrastructure. Its portfolio includes DXtrade, a multi-asset trading and brokerage platform; dxFeed, a global market data and exchange connectivity business; and Devexa, an AI-powered client engagement platform.
Michael Babushkin, the founder of Devexperts, expressed gratitude to Ben Hurley, who has decided to leave the company to pursue new opportunities after serving as CEO for the past two years.
Under Fuchsluger's leadership, Devexperts will continue to leverage its expertise in AI and cloud computing to accelerate product development and deliver greater value to clients. The company aims to extend its value chain across the full investment and trade lifecycle, providing clients with advanced technologies that enhance their operations and decision-making processes.
With capital markets evolving rapidly, driven by demand for trusted data and analytics, resilient market infrastructure, and the accelerating adoption of cloud computing and AI, Fuchsluger prioritizes staying close to clients to understand their evolving needs. His goal is to bring Devexperts' capabilities closer together across the investment and trade lifecycle, thereby strengthening the company's offering and helping clients navigate increasingly complex markets without compromising on performance or resilience.
Next year, Devexperts will mark its quarter-century milestone with a global programme led by Fuchsluger, recognizing the people, clients, and technology that have shaped the company while setting out its vision for the future.
