Ratliff successfully completed the rigorous three-year program and earned her Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) designation, a testament to her dedication to professional growth and excellence in serving the credit union’s members.

The CCUE program, designed to strengthen operational knowledge, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, involved extensive classroom sessions, online coursework, team projects, and examinations. Participants learn from University of Georgia faculty and experienced credit union executives, providing a comprehensive and immersive experience.
