Effective immediately, the company will change its name to Quanta AI Inc. and will trade under the new name and ticker symbol QNTA on the TSX Venture Exchange, starting on September 14, 2026.

Datametrex's management has undergone a restructuring, with Paul Haber, who served as CEO and Chairman of the Board, stepping down on August 28, 2026. Michael Kron, a seasoned technology entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience, has been appointed as the new CEO and Chairman of the Board. Kron brings a diverse skill set, including expertise in launching startups, payments, patent strategy, corporate finance, and team building. His prior ventures include Mamma.com, AnywhererCommerce, BBPOS, and Bam solutions. Prior to his career in technology, Kron began his professional journey as a CPA at Ernst & Young (EY).

Bruce Lee, with over two decades of experience in the finance industry, has been named the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. Lee most recently served as a Controller in the automotive industry, focusing on improving financial visibility and operational efficiency through system implementation, automation, and policy development. His extensive background in financial reporting and corporate strategy will be valuable as Quanta AI Inc. navigates its new direction.

Datametrex, known for its innovative solutions in technology and artificial intelligence, emphasizes its commitment to supporting enterprises with cutting-edge tools and services.
