DataMeds AI, Inc., a healthcare technology company, has partnered with the National Football League Alumni Association (NFLAA) to launch the Health Lives Here campaign, aimed at providing rural communities with better access to healthcare services. The partnership brings together DataMeds AI's advanced AI and blockchain technologies, Tollo Health’s medical foods and nutraceuticals, and the NFLAA's extensive network of former NFL players.
The campaign will utilize DataMeds AI's Health Lives Here mobile application to consolidate electronic health records and integrate wearable device data, offering a streamlined health dashboard. The app will also facilitate telehealth services and provide access to discounted pharmacy services through a network of over 6,500 independent pharmacies. Corexa Health, a subsidiary of DataMeds AI, will play a key role in distributing Tollo Health’s products, which include nature-based therapeutics.
The launch of the Health Lives Here campaign was announced during the 2026 Football Hall of Fame Game weekend in Canton, Ohio. The media campaign to roll out the initiative to the general population is set to begin in North Carolina in September 2026. Additional details on the application and the campaign’s rollout will be shared in mid-September.
