DarioHealth Secures Major Contract with New Jersey Health Plan

DarioHealth Corp. has secured a significant contract with one of New Jersey's largest health plans, representing approximately 1.5 million covered lives. The agreement, which was facilitated through DarioHealth's strategic channel partnership with Amwell, marks the third major contract the company has secured through Amwell in the past 12 months, following deals in Arizona and Florida.

According to Erez Raphael, DarioHealth's CEO, this contract is a testament to the company's channel distribution strategy.

The new agreement is expected to launch and begin generating revenue in the first quarter of 2027. DarioHealth's integrated platform, which combines connected devices, personalized member engagement, AI-driven insights, and provider-backed clinical care, is designed to support people living with conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, weight management, musculoskeletal issues, and behavioral health needs.

DarioHealth's platform is powered by more than 13 billion proprietary longitudinal healthcare data points collected over more than a decade. The AI platform personalizes care at the individual member level by analyzing biometric, clinical, and behavioral data to deliver more timely and effective interventions. By combining engagement, clinical intelligence, and care delivery within a single platform, DarioHealth helps customers address multiple chronic conditions through one solution.

The addition of approximately 1.5 million covered lives through the New Jersey plan demonstrates the potential for channel partners to connect DarioHealth with large payer populations while reducing reliance on a traditional direct-sales model. This agreement further expands DarioHealth's relationship with Amwell as a scalable distribution channel.
