MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Sept. 8, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Cyngn Inc, a leader in autonomous industrial vehicle technology, has announced a series of organizational changes aimed at accelerating growth and enhancing efficiency through the integration of artificial intelligence (AI).

The company streamlined its management structure, reducing layers and consolidating responsibilities to better align resources with its highest-priority initiatives. This restructuring is expected to shorten decision-making distances and increase execution speed, while also improving cost efficiency. Cyngn is leveraging AI tools across various operations, from software development and simulation to sales and customer support, to further enhance these efforts.

Cyngn has also strengthened its commercial execution by implementing changes in sales leadership and processes. The company introduced data-driven revenue operations, focusing on opportunity qualification, pipeline accountability, and aligning with the capabilities and value proposition of its DriveMod Tugger. These changes are designed to translate customer interest into more consistent and scalable deployments.

Additionally, Cyngn is committed to improving its corporate governance, including external audit and legal partnerships. The company plans to complete its SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications by the end of 2026, which will support its growth and ensure robust financial reporting, security, and legal infrastructure.

These organizational and commercial initiatives are part of Cyngn's broader strategy to become a trusted autonomy partner for industrial customers at scale. CEO Lior Tal stated, "We are sharpening our focus on enterprise customers and positioning Cyngn for its next phase of growth through a leaner and more AI-enabled organization, a sharpened commercial process, and a focused enterprise product roadmap."

Cyngn's DriveMod technology is designed to empower customers to bring self-driving technology to their operations without high upfront costs or infrastructure installations. Currently available on Motrec MT-160 Tuggers, the DriveMod technology allows the tuggers to haul up to 12,000 lbs, travel both indoors and outdoors, and offer a typical payback period of less than two years.
