CXApp Inc Secures Major Multi-Year Agreement in Financial Services

CXApp Inc, an enterprise agentic AI platform company, has secured a significant multi-year agreement with a global investment management organization, valued at over $1.4 million. This latest deal, combined with a previously announced $2.5 million+ agreement with a Fortune 100 financial services company, brings the total contracted value of CXAI's recent enterprise agreements to over $3.9 million.
Under the terms of the agreement, CXApp Inc will deploy its platform across more than 10,000 employees in approximately 40 locations worldwide, covering North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. The phased implementation will begin with a targeted deployment before scaling to the full licensed population.
CXAI's selection by the global investment management organization was the result of a rigorous competitive evaluation and extensive security, privacy, and procurement reviews. The company differentiated itself through its agentic AI platform roadmap, its ability to integrate into complex enterprise environments, and its experience supporting large global workplaces.
The deployment will encompass three core capabilities: Employee Experience, providing a single global application for workplace services; Enterprise Communications, enabling targeted communications across mobile, web, and collaboration channels; and Workplace Intelligence, using CXAI Vu analytics to turn workplace activity into actionable space, occupancy, and portfolio decisions.
