The food truck, traveling from Dallas, will make limited-time stops in several cities, serving wild-caught Maine lobster and New England-inspired favorites to local communities.
Starting in El Paso, the Cousins Maine Lobster food truck will be at HTeaO El Paso, located at 12655 Rojas Dr., El Paso, TX 79928, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6. The truck will then move to Brew Lab 101 Beer & Cider Co. in Albuquerque, NM 87111, on Wednesday, October 7, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The next stop will be Tractor Supply Co. in Taos, NM 87571, on Thursday, October 8, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
On Friday, October 9, the food truck will visit Beer Lab 101 Beer & Cider Co. in Rio Rancho, NM 87124, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The following day, Saturday, October 10, the truck will be at Bathtub Row Brewing Co-op in Los Alamos, NM 87544, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The final stop will be at Gravity Bound Brewing Company in Albuquerque, NM 87102, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., on Sunday, October 11. The tour will conclude at Nuckolls Brewing Co. in Santa Fe, NM 87501, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Customers can expect to enjoy Cousins Maine Lobster's three signature lobster rolls: the Maine Roll served chilled with mayo, the Connecticut Roll served warm with butter and lemon, and the Garlic Butter Roll finished with garlic, Parmesan, and herbs. The tour will also feature the brand's newest menu item, the Lobster Roll Flight, along with clam chowder, lobster tacos, and whoopie pies.
