INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 30, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Corteva, Inc., a global agriculture company, has extended the expiration date of its private exchange offers and related consent solicitations for certain of EIDP, Inc.'s senior notes. The offers and solicitations, which were originally set to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on September 29, 2026, have now been extended to September 30, 2026, at the same time.

These exchange offers and consent solicitations are part of Corteva's planned separation into two independent, publicly traded companies. One company will focus on its current crop protection business, while the other will own and conduct its current seed business, which will be owned and conducted, directly or indirectly, by Vylor Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Corteva.

The exchange offers and consent solicitations are being made to holders of EIDP, Inc.'s senior notes, with the principal amounts validly tendered and not validly withdrawn as of 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on September 29, 2026, set forth in a table provided by the company. The terms and conditions of the exchange offers and consent solicitations remain unchanged, except for the extension of the expiration date.

Vylor Inc. received the requisite consents to adopt the proposed amendments to the indentures governing the EIDP Notes. The proposed amendments will become operative only upon the settlement of the exchange offers and consent solicitations on the Settlement Date, which is expected to occur on or about the first business day following the extended expiration date, unless Vylor further extends or terminates the exchange offers.

Banks and brokers should call (646) 461-2610. The eligibility letter may also be found on the D.F. King & Co., Inc. website at www.dfking.com/vylor.

The exchange offers and consent solicitations are being made only to holders of EIDP Notes who satisfy the eligibility conditions described under "Disclaimer." Holders are advised to check with any bank, securities broker, or other intermediary through which they hold EIDP Notes as to when such intermediary needs to receive instructions from a holder in order for that holder to be able to participate in, or (in the circumstances in which revocation is permitted) revoke their instruction to participate in, the exchange offers and consent solicitations before the deadlines specified herein and in the Offering Memorandum.
