LAS VEGAS, NV, UNITED STATES, October 2, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Copper Sun, an Inner Mongolian hot pot restaurant located in The District at Resorts World Las Vegas, is celebrating its first anniversary with a special Hot Pot Tasting Menu. The menu, available nightly throughout October, offers diners a taste of Inner Mongolian culinary traditions.

The centerpiece of the menu is the restaurant’s signature bone marrow broth, simmered for eight hours and traced back to a recipe from Baotou, Inner Mongolia. Each pot starts with this rich, flavorful base, which is the foundation for a variety of premium cuts and fresh ingredients. The Hot Pot Tasting Menu, priced at $78 per person, includes a selection of meats, seafood, and vegetables. Premium cuts such as Australian bolar blade, ribeye, and lamb shoulder are on offer. For an even more indulgent experience, guests can opt for the Wagyu Meat Combo Upgrade, which includes 4 oz. of Australian Bolar Blade, Australian Short Rib, and Japanese A5 Clod, priced at $25.

The menu also features a range of appetizers, including cucumber salad and spicy beef tendon, as well as a vegetable platter and fresh hand-pulled noodles. Seafood options include shrimp and mussels, and dessert choices are available, such as strawberry crepe cake, yuzu cheesecake, and crispy rice cake.

Copper Sun, which debuted in The District at Resorts World Las Vegas in October 2025, has quickly become a favorite among Strip diners. The restaurant has introduced Inner Mongolian hot pot to the area, offering non-additive handcrafted cocktails and a curated wine selection.

The Hot Pot Tasting Menu is available nightly throughout October. Guests can start by choosing one of four broths: classic, spicy, golden cabbage, or tomato. From there, the full spread arrives at the table, with meats sliced to order, seafood, vegetables, and fresh hand-pulled noodles for guests to cook at their own pace. Dessert follows at the end of the meal.

Lamb is a traditional staple of Inner Mongolian hot pot, and the tasting menu features premium cuts, including lamb shoulder, Australian bolar blade, and ribeye. For an even more indulgent experience, guests can add a wagyu upgrade with Japanese A5.

Reservations are recommended and can be made at copper-sun.com or by calling 702-676-8881. The restaurant is open daily from 5 to 10 p.m. at 3000 S. Las Vegas Blvd., Suite 138, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
