CINCINNATI, Sept. 1, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- ConstructConnect, a leading provider of software solutions for the construction industry, has appointed Jay Rouse as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer. Rouse will lead the company's sales, customer success, and go-to-market organization, reporting directly to CEO Buck Brody.
Rouse joins ConstructConnect from Paycor, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer for nearly three decades, scaling the business from $5 million to over $700 million in revenue at sustained high double-digit annual growth. His tenure also saw the company through a successful IPO.
"Jay takes ownership of the full revenue organization, from how we win new customers to how we keep and grow the ones who already trust us," said Buck Brody, CEO of ConstructConnect. "He brings exactly the skill and experience we need to scale with the growth we're experiencing while keeping our customers at the center of everything we do."
Rouse's responsibilities will include overseeing sales, customer success, and go-to-market strategies, with a focus on expanding ConstructConnect's customer base and deepening relationships with existing clients. "Joining ConstructConnect at a moment when the platform, the data, and the AI investment are all compounding at once is a rare setup," Rouse stated. "My commitment is to make ConstructConnect the first call for every contractor, subcontractor, and building product manufacturer deciding to find, bid, and win on opportunities and to build the discipline that keeps us there. My first weeks will be spent with customers and the teams who serve them."
ConstructConnect's offerings include the industry's most comprehensive project, bid, and market intelligence, coupled with AI-driven takeoff and estimating tools. These tools are designed to help contractors and manufacturers move faster, bid sharper, and win more projects. Takeoff Boost, for example, delivers first-draft takeoffs up to 95% faster than manual work. The company is further embedding AI into every stage of the preconstruction workflow to provide a competitive edge.
"A Miami University accounting graduate, Rouse has deep-rooted ties to Cincinnati, where he lives with his wife and three children," said Brody. "Known for spotting and developing talent, he takes pride in the leaders and network he has built. His experience and vision will be invaluable as we accelerate our growth trajectory."
Prior to his role at Paycor, Rouse held various positions, including implementation support and channel program development. His background in running a high-growth, high-retention software Go-to-Market organization, especially within a disciplined public-company parent after Paycor's acquisition by Paychex, adds significant depth to his new role.
ConstructConnect is part of Roper Technologies' Network Software segment and has a long history of providing the information construction professionals need to start every project on a solid foundation. For more than 100 years, the company has empowered commercial firms, building product manufacturers, trade contractors, and architects to make data-driven decisions, streamline preconstruction workflows, and maximize productivity.
With Rouse's leadership, ConstructConnect aims to strengthen its market position and continue its rapid growth, ensuring that it remains the go-to platform for construction professionals.
