PARIS, Oct. 28, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Constellium SE (NYSE: CSTM), the company that operates in the aluminum manufacturing sector, reported its third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2026, results today. The company's performance has been marked by significant improvements in key financial metrics, including revenue, net income, and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA).

In the third quarter of 2026, Constellium saw a slight decrease in shipments, totaling 368 thousand metric tons, down 1% from the third quarter of 2025. Adjusted EBITDA for the third quarter of 2026 was $276 million, with a negative impact of $4 million from the non-cash metal price lag. This was driven by the favorable changes in the price of primary aluminum, which decreased during the quarter. The company's Segment Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $102 million at Aerospace & Transportation (A&T), $162 million at Packaging & Automotive Rolled Products (P&ARP), and $21 million at Automotive Structures & Industry (AS&I).

The company returned $30 million to shareholders through the share repurchase program. Looking ahead, Constellium has raised its guidance for 2026, now expecting Adjusted EBITDA in the range of $1.03 billion to $1.06 billion, excluding the non-cash impact of metal price lag, and free cash flow in excess of $300 million.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, Constellium reported a decrease in shipments of 1% to 1.1 million metric tons, compared to the same period in 2025. The net income for the first nine months of 2026 was $463 million, up from $162 million in the same period last year. Adjusted EBITDA for the first nine months of 2026 was $1.1 billion, up from $508 million in the first nine months of 2025, with a positive impact of $222 million from the non-cash metal price lag.

Constellium's cash from operations for the first nine months of 2026 was $420 million, and its free cash flow was $223 million. The company returned $78 million to shareholders through the share repurchase program. The company ended the quarter with a leverage ratio of 1.6x, near the low end of its target leverage range of 1.5x to 2.5x.

Constellium's results demonstrate the company's resilience and adaptability in the face of market volatility, with a focus on operational performance, cost control, and maintaining commercial and capital discipline. The company's strong financial performance and guidance for 2026 indicate a promising outlook for the future.
