Conavi Medical signs agreements with marketing firms to boost market presence

TORONTO, Sept. 04, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Conavi Medical Corp., a commercial-stage medical device company specializing in imaging technologies for minimally invasive cardiovascular procedures, has inked agreements with two prominent marketing firms to boost its market presence.
The company has entered into a 12-month media services agreement with Market One Media Group, based in Vancouver and Toronto. Market One, a multi-platform media solution for the capital markets, will handle editorial and video content, with Conavi set to pay a fee of C$98,000. The agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV), and neither party will exchange any securities as compensation.
Additionally, Conavi has signed a digital marketing services agreement with Winning Media LLC, a Houston-based firm. The agreement, also for a term of 12 months, will see Winning Media provide a wide range of digital marketing services including programmatic advertising, financial content distribution, influencer outreach, native advertising, podcast placements, email and SMS campaigns, and other online marketing initiatives. Conavi will pay a total fee of US$100,000 over the term of the agreement, payable monthly. Winning Media owns 705,100 common shares of Conavi, but this is disclosed as an arm's length relationship.
Conavi Medical is dedicated to developing advanced imaging technologies that guide common minimally invasive cardiovascular procedures. Its flagship Novasight Hybrid™ platform, which combines intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) and optical coherence tomography (OCT), has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) clearance. The company is now preparing for commercialization in the United States.
