Irwin’s career spans a wide range of financial roles. He founded Rosseau Asset Management Ltd. in 1998, where he managed the flagship fund, Rosseau LP, which has demonstrated strong investment performance. Prior to Rosseau, Irwin held positions in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, credit analysis, and proprietary trading at various financial institutions, including CIBC Wood Gundy and Deutsche Bank Canada.
