CMB.TECH Approves USD 0.64 Shareholder Distribution

Antwerp, Oct. 08, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- CMB.TECH, one of the largest listed, diversified, and future-proof maritime groups in the world, has announced the approval of a shareholder distribution of USD 0.64 per share. This distribution, as conditionally announced on 27 August 2026, consists of two parts: an intermediary dividend of USD 0.21 per share, subject to 30% withholding tax, and a payment of USD 0.43 per share out of the available share premium, which is exempt from withholding tax.
The company has determined the following timing for the payment of the distribution. Due to the different settlement practices between the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), Euronext Brussels, and the Euronext Oslo Børs (OSE), there will be different ex-dividend dates between the exchanges. The distribution payable on common shares that are registered in the VPS settlement system to be traded on OSE is expected to be distributed to VPS shareholders on or about 27 October 2026.
The Supervisory Board of CMB.TECH has also approved a proposed shareholder distribution of minimum USD 50 million and maximum USD 250 million out of the available share premium. This decision was made at the Special General Meeting of Shareholders held on 8 October 2026.
CMB.TECH, headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium, operates a combined fleet of about 235 vessels, including dry bulk vessels, crude oil tankers, chemical tankers, container vessels, and offshore energy vessels. The company also offers hydrogen and ammonia fuel to its customers, either through its own production or third-party producers.
