PUNTA CANA, Dominican Republic, Oct. 14, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- The Spanish engineering, architecture, construction, and real estate development group CLERHP has unveiled its 2026-2028 Business Plan, which forecasts revenue of $784 million, EBITDA of $252 million, and net income of $162 million over the next three years. Approved by the Board of Directors on September 30, the Plan marks a significant evolution for CLERHP, which has transformed from an engineering-focused company into a vertically integrated group spanning the entire real estate value chain.
The company's main growth driver, Larimar City & Resort, has reached $400 million in sales, representing approximately 50% of the projected revenue for the period. This achievement underscores the commercial progress of a project designed as a destination city, integrating housing, infrastructure, commercial spaces, leisure, and services. CLERHP has secured $56 million in financing for the project, comprising $22 million in bonds and $33 million in private debt, and reports a cash position of $13 million.
The Business Plan outlines five major lines of business: engineering, structural construction, project management, real estate development, and integrated services. CLERHP aims to strengthen its technical capabilities, expand its services, including integrated project management, to third parties, and develop new real estate opportunities through partnerships and joint ventures. The gradual introduction of services related to the operation of Larimar City, such as maintenance, supplies, equipment, and rental management, will allow the company to expand its activities beyond construction and move toward a diversified business model. This strategy also includes the development of other in-house and third-party projects, such as Marelago, leveraging the experience and capabilities acquired by the Group.
The Plan projects EBITDA of $252 million, with $224 million coming from real estate development activities. CLERHP plans to introduce a dividend policy in 2027, allocating 25% of its profits to shareholder distributions, a policy that will be maintained in subsequent fiscal years. At the same time, the company will continue to strengthen its presence in the capital markets.
Following its progress with Latinex in Panama, CLERHP's future objectives include gaining access to BME's main market. After five years of operation in the Dominican Republic, the Group is entering a decisive phase to consolidate its transformation, expand its capabilities, and develop new sources of revenue.
