Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman LLC, a leading investor-rights law firm, has announced the filing of a class action lawsuit against GoDaddy Inc. (NYSE: GDDY) and certain of its officers, alleging securities law violations that could have harmed shareholders.
The lawsuit, which seeks to recover damages, was filed on behalf of all persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired GoDaddy securities between September 3, 2025, and February 24, 2026, inclusive. According to the complaint, the defendants made false and misleading statements about GoDaddy’s customer strategy and growth trajectory, which were found to be lacking in factual basis. The plaintiffs claim that GoDaddy's customer strategy prioritized short-term contracts over sustainable growth, leading to a deceleration in the company's bookings growth.
Peretz Bronstein, the founding partner of Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman LLC, stated, "Our firm is committed to holding companies accountable for their actions, and we believe that the allegations against GoDaddy are significant enough to warrant a class action lawsuit."
Investors who purchased or acquired GoDaddy securities during the class period are encouraged to join the lawsuit by visiting the firm’s website at [bgandg.com/cases/godaddy-inc-gddy-class_action_lawsuit](bgandg.com/cases/godaddy-inc-gddy-class_action_lawsuit).
