COOLIDGE, Ariz., Sept. 3, 2026, Clark Pacific, a leading manufacturer of prefabricated building systems, has broken ground on a new 110-acre facility in Coolidge, Arizona, to meet growing demand in the region. The plant, set to be completed in phases by spring 2027, will triple the company’s production capacity, enhancing its ability to serve customers across the Southwest and Mountain West.

"By manufacturing building components off-site, we can contribute to more efficient project delivery while minimizing disruption on the jobsite."
The new Coolidge plant will complement Clark Pacific’s existing facilities in Woodland and Adelanto, California, allowing the company to expand its service area and support the rapid growth of the Greater Phoenix region. As the construction industry faces labor shortages, compressed project schedules, and rising costs, prefabrication is gaining traction as a reliable delivery method for large commercial projects, including parking structures, data centers, and advanced manufacturing facilities.
"Manufacturing major building components in a controlled factory environment ensures cost and schedule certainty, while delivering a resilient, higher-quality building," explained Clark.
The new plant is expected to create 30 manufacturing and engineering positions, with plans to hire an additional 70 employees by the end of the year. This expansion is part of Clark Pacific’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the Southwest and Mountain West markets.
