Chatsi, an AI sales agent platform serving top global brands across B2C, D2C, and B2B commerce, has secured a $2.5 million seed round of financing. The investment is led by Jonathan Ord, co-founder of DealerSocket.
Founded by Ken Garff, Chatsi aims to bring merchants' product expertise into online shopping conversations. The platform's AI sales agents answer questions, explain differences between products, and guide buyers toward options that fit their needs, particularly when technical details or complex catalogs make choosing difficult.
The company works with leading global brands across various sectors, including motorsports and powersports, automotive aftermarket, consumer electronics, luxury goods, jewelry, fashion, and technical products. Chatsi sees opportunities for guided selling in industrial products and other specialized categories where buyers need help understanding specifications, compatibility, and product differences.
Garff previously founded Amplifi.io, a product information and digital asset management platform acquired by Pattern in 2021, where he subsequently served as a division president. Chatsi is based in Salt Lake City and serves consumer and business commerce with a focus on complex catalogs and products that benefit from expert guidance.
With this funding, Chatsi aims to expand its platform to support more merchants and enhance the AI sales agent experience for shoppers. The company is committed to providing personalized product guidance and helping shoppers make confident buying decisions.
