CharterUP, the leading enterprise mobility platform for bus and shuttle transportation in North America, has appointed Joshua Trott as Chief Revenue Officer and Kristin Lavigne as General Manager of Marketplace. The appointments come at a time when the company is experiencing significant growth, having surpassed $1 billion in annual platform volume and expanding its nationwide network to over 10,000 vehicles.

Trott, who brings extensive experience in building high-performing go-to-market organizations, will lead CharterUP's revenue and market expansion efforts. His role is crucial as the company accelerates its growth in enterprise and transit segments, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding strategic partnerships. Prior to joining CharterUP, Trott served as Chief Revenue Officer at RigUp and Patch.io.

Lavigne, who joins CharterUP from Amazon, where she was General Manager of Worldwide Gift Registries, will be responsible for the evolution of the company's AI-powered marketplace. Her expertise in building and scaling AI-driven products and operations will help CharterUP enhance the customer and operator experience, expand self-service capabilities, and streamline platform operations. At Amazon, Lavigne held various leadership roles spanning consumer marketplaces, logistics, and platform transformation.

Speaking about her new role, Lavigne expressed enthusiasm: "CharterUP has fundamentally simplified how organizations access group transportation. I'm excited to evolve the marketplace and make transportation easier and more reliable for customers, while helping operators grow. I'm energized by the opportunity to shape a world-class marketplace that continuously improves as it scales and redefines what customers should expect from group transportation."

Trott echoed similar sentiments, emphasizing the transformative potential of technology in delivering better experiences at scale. "Throughout my career, I've been drawn to technology-enabled service businesses. What motivates me is the opportunity to use technology to deliver better experiences at scale, and CharterUP is doing exactly that. The company has built a category-defining platform and a strong foundation for continued growth. Building commercial organizations that turn that foundation and momentum into durable growth is what drives me, and I couldn't be more excited to do that here."

These strategic appointments follow CharterUP's recent milestones, including the establishment of partnerships focused on advancing autonomous shuttle technology. The company now operates a nationwide network of over 10,000 vehicles and has processed more than $1 billion in annual platform volume, positioning it as a leader in the enterprise mobility market.
