The global chargeback community will convene for the second annual ChargebackX conference, set to take place on November 9-10. Hosted by Justt.ai, an AI-native chargeback management platform, the event aims to bring together merchants, payments experts, financial institutions, and technology providers for discussions on disputes, fraud prevention, and payment operations.

This year's gathering will feature an expanded two-day virtual program, accessible to participants worldwide, along with in-person networking evenings in New York and Berlin. The inaugural ChargebackX in 2025 attracted speakers from major financial institutions including Visa, Mastercard, JPMorgan, and Microsoft. Building on this success, the 2026 edition promises to delve deeper into topics such as card network monitoring overhauls, the rise of agentic commerce, AI integration in dispute operations, and merchant case studies.

Ofir Tahor, CEO and co-founder of Justt.ai, expressed the importance of the event: "ChargebackX provides a platform for those who manage disputes daily to share insights and challenge conventional thinking. The overwhelming positive feedback from last year underscores the need for such an event."

The conference agenda will cover a range of topics, including the latest updates from Visa’s VAMP and Mastercard’s GMAP programs, the emergence of agentic commerce, and the role of AI in dispute management. Attendees will also have the opportunity to review findings from Justt’s multiyear benchmark study, which analyzes millions of dispute cases.

"We are excited to provide a forum for professionals to connect and gain valuable insights into managing disputes effectively," said Tahor.

Registration for the event is now open at https://chargebackx.io/. Additional speakers and detailed agenda information will be announced in the coming weeks.

Justt.ai, founded in 2020, is headquartered in New York with offices in London and Tel Aviv. The company offers an AI-driven solution for chargeback management, helping businesses maximize revenue recovery and improve dispute resolution outcomes.
