The methodology behind these figures includes an analysis of active residential listings from Stellar MLS data, covering property types such as residential homes, excluding land, commercial, and lease listings. A listing is considered reduced if its current list price is below its original asking price, and days on market are cumulative, meaning a listing withdrawn and relisted retains its full history.
